What do I do wrong?

    Hi
    I installed the plugin Themify Icons. I can get the icons in my menu. But when I click the yellow smily, in a new post, I se a different window, unlike yours. It does’t look like the window as in your instructions. Instead of the button “Insert Icon” the button is called “Pick”. And when I click on the button, nothing happens!
    So… I can’t insert any icon in a post or page! What do I do wrong?

    Hi,

    Do you have WP Gutenberg enabled? Try to install Classic Editor. You should see this lightbox when clicking on the Themify smiley icon on editor: https://cl.ly/c85b89695989. If not, could you post a screenshot at your end?

    Hi,
    I thought there was a plugin compatibility issue. But I have tried to shut down all other plugins – with the same results. Nothing happens when you click on PICK. Tried to have all the plugins offline, accept the Classic Editor. Same result.
    Of course I have shut down AdBlocker – the same result.
    I have tested in Chome and in Safari.
    I have your plugin Themify Icons installed on several sites. The same “error” on all those I’ve tested. Have tried to run a standard theme from WordPress, I have tested with Themify Ultra – the same error. When I tested Ultra at jaktretrieverklubben.se I got one more icon with Themify Icons (sum 2 (two)). Then it was possible to click on Pick and choose an icon, which then also worked outwardly.
    Since there doesn’t seem to be any change in what I try in WordPress, it almost feels like something is going on through the computer.
    I have a Mac, can I mention … 😉
    Do you have any idea?

    @themifyme I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials. I have flagged your account temporarily. That just means that your post will need to be approved and @ notifications from you will not work.

    Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

    If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

    Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
