Website login not working

Hi,
Once I comment cache folder in my wp content folder it all ends my website and I get 500 error if I just rename it back to cache it works fine. But unable to access wp admin page in both cases. I tried every thing and in the end find issue with wp fastest cache. As I am unable to go to my dashboard so what can I do to get it done please … If you need logins for admin or cpanel I can provide you in separate email etc …

@kamig478 Please do not make that offer again. The author risks getting into REAL trouble taking you up on that.

For plugin authors:

There are many ways to get information you need and accessing the user’s site is not one of them. That’s going too far.
- Ask for a link to the http://pastebin.com/ log of the user’s web server error log.
- Ask the user to create and post a link to their phpinfo(); output.
- Ask the user to install the Health Check plugin and get the data that way.
- Walk the user through enabling WP_DEBUG and how to log that output to a file and how to share that file.
- Walk the user through basic troubleshooting steps such and disabling all other plugins, clear their cache and cookies and try again.
- Ask the user for the step-by-step on how they can reproduce the problem.
You get the idea.

Volunteer support is not easy. But these forums need to a safe place for all users, experienced or new. Accessing their system that way is a short cut that will get you into real trouble in these forums.

Hi,

I have the same problem. I installed and activated the plugin and thereafter the site stopped working. I got the following error message:

“Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator at [no address given] to inform them of the time this error occurred, and the actions you performed just before this error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.”

What happened and how do I fix it?
