    Hi Support Team,

    I’m encountering issues with watermark generation in two scenarios:1. Text Watermark Fails to Generate

    • When attempting to create a text watermark, the image isn’t generated.
    • Chrome DevTools shows a 500 Server Error during this process.

    2. Bulk Image Watermarking Fails

    • When using an image watermark and attempting bulk watermarking, the process fails with the error:
      *”An error occurred while processing [WhatsApp Image 2025-07-01 at 18.54.43]: Something went wrong. Please refresh the page and try again.”*
    • The Network tab in DevTools also shows a 500 Internal Server Error.

    Questions:

    1. Are there known server-side restrictions (e.g., file size, format, or permissions) causing these errors?
    2. Could this be related to missing PHP extensions (e.g., GD Library) or server resource limits?
    3. Are there recommended troubleshooting steps (e.g., error logs to check)?
