W3 Total Cache and MultiSite

Hi:

Can this plugin clear the W3 cache across all the sites in a multi-site install? Right now, we have to manually clear the cache on every site or disable and re-enable the plugin. So, if this plugin does it across all sites automatically, that would be awesome.
