Documentor plugin works well with WordPress version 4.8.3.
If you are still using it, please share the screenshot of the issue.

Still not working
When edit a Guide all Sections is gone
Missing Sections
And when makeing a new section I can see all my sections

It seems that when the plugin was activated, the DB didn’t get created properly. You can try deactivating and then re-activating the plugin. This can fix the issue with Documentor DB. If it does not help, please write to support[at]documentor.in as you might need to provide temporary access details.

It did not help.
I will try to get in contact with their support.
It worked earlier and one day just stoped.
