    Thank you for reaching out.

    We’ve checked your website and noticed that you’re using the W3 Total Cache plugin.

    It appears that the file tracker.js is being cached or optimized in a way that prevents it from loading properly.

    Please exclude tracker.js from the cache settings in W3 Total Cache.

    Additionally, go to Statistics > Settings > General, under the Tracker Configuration tab, and try disabling Bypass Ad Blockers to see if that resolves the issue.
