@hmchenarans WC marketplace being an extension of WooCommerce also inherited the coupon functionality and workflow from WooCommerce and we have doubled checked this in our side didn’t face this issue.
This might be due to some plugin conflict. Please disable all the plugin except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace and check the same.

Another error:
If Vendor Publish his coupon code and approved with administrator, coupon code apply for all products.
vendor coupon code must be apply to vendor products no all products.

@hmchenarans Whenever a vendor adds a coupon, this code always applies on that vendor’s product only. If any customer applies one vendor’s coupon code on another vendor’s product they will face an message showing “Sorry, this coupon is not applicable to your cart contents.”

It could be due to plugin confliction, so please disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and WC Marketplace and chek this again.
