utf-8 problem file title

    for Arabic language file title is showing with characters mysteriously incorrectly encoded in both inline link and email. like this
    چگونه یک اپلیکیشن اعتیادآور بسازیم؟

    how can i fix this?

    Yes, this is a problem we are trying to work out. It should be fixed in the next update which should be sometime today.
