1. Try to disable any WP plugin or CDN/Web Hosting server caching for the UM pages.
Maybe your CDN or Web Hosting is using server side caching?

2. Look at your Browser web Console if you have any JavaScript errors.
Mouse right button click, select Inspect then Console in the Menu.
3. Try to do both a Theme and a Plugin conflict test, if your Theme
or another Plugin is causing a conflict with UM.
