User Thumbnail is not loading

    Hey @isensmithm,
    Sorry for the troubles. Try removing it and saving the profile image as a different different file type jpeg or png then re-upload it.

    Be sure to clear the plugins cache and any other caching plugins!

    I tried :
    – Changing the profile image from a jpg to a png and then to a jpeg and again in a png (whitout transparency).
    – Setting up to cache clearing on each page refresh.
    Nothing works and I still got a question mark instead of the profile image.

    Any other solution ?

    Thanks for all the info and your efforts! Do you possibly have the settings in your facebook page set to only show to people who are 18 or older, or are you limiting the location your facebook page is able to be seen? We have found either of those 2 option being set can make it so the profile image does not show up.
