    Hello,

    For Theme support please only use our ticket system. You create ticket also posted in forum.

    We use AJAX to login system in your site admin-ajax.php this file tell 503 error so it is not accessible. WordPress AJAX functionality work in this file. So please ask hosting if they block this file access.

    Also you can clear WPRocket cache and plugin cache see https://www.radiustheme.com/docs/classified-listing/faqs/how-to-clear-plugin-cache/

    Please use our ticket system for theme support.

    I have the pro version of the Classified Listing plugin and I’m having similar problems where users are getting session expired and server errors and I think many people have given up and moved on.

    I’m using the a free version of the Astra theme.

    I’m not quite sure what to make of this response, and would like to have a clearer answer before I follow-up with the hosting service.

    At the moment I am trying to enter as a subscriber user and it tells me that my user is unknown, but I am putting all the data correctly. And in the code it shows the following: “<div class =” rtcl-error alert alert-danger “role =” alert “> <p> Unknown username. Please check again or try your email address. </ p> </div> “

    The point is that every time this happens I cannot ask my users to clear their browser’s cache so that the problem is fixed and they can enter.

    Ok, we have already removed our AJAX login system.

    New version will be released today. Hope this will fix your problem.

    I am facing a similar problem my users complain of the session expired when they want to register on my classified listing pro plugin. the plugin has also disappeared from my dashboard please help me out
