USER LOGIN ERROR

I have Classilist theme and a classified listing pro, both paid. And I get a lot of complaints from customers who can’t log into their account. From server errors, that your session has expired or that the user does not exist, even changing the password that you cannot access.

For several errors I have been told to clear the cache because this has not solved anything.

Please if you can review in depth the template and the plugin, and the latest update, and make a thorough review of this one that I propose, since every day I get different errors.

If someone could help me to solve it or someone who had a similar problem with the template and knows how to solve it I really need to solve this problem as I paid for the template and the plugin and it is not working as it should.

Tengo el tema Classilist y el plugin classified listing pro, ambos de pago. Y recibo muchas quejas de clientes que no pueden iniciar sesión en su cuenta. Desde errores del servidor, que su sesión ha caducado o que el usuario no existe, incluso cambiando la contraseña a la que no puede acceder.

Por varios errores me han dicho que borre la caché porque esto no ha resuelto nada.

Por favor si pueden revisar en profundidad la plantilla y el plugin, y la última actualización, y hacer una revisión a fondo de esta que planteo, ya que cada día me salen diferentes errores

Si alguien me pudiera ayudar a resolvero o alguien que haya tenido un problema similar con la plantilla y sepa resolvero realmente necesito resolver este problemam ya que pagué por la plantilla y el plugin y no está funcionando como debería.
