Hello @aswingiri
It fixed it! one last question, is it possible UM plugin stores cache of customization code done to the plugin, I ask this because when I see in browser console I have noticed there’s some code left there

Thank you!
Hi @globsticks
The link has 403 issues. What custom code are you referring to? Could you please share it so we can review it?

NOTE: I want to be clear that @ultimatemembersupport did not do anything wrong and I just want to explain.
@globsticks You offered “admin access and/or ftp access” to the developer and that’s not permitted under any circumstances with any forum user. I archived that reply of yours. It is still there intact but no one but a moderator can see it.
If @ultimatemembersupport takes you up on that offer then they will be permanently banned and the developer may lose their plugin on this site. It really is that serious.
Hi @jdembowski
We never ask or allow our team to access sites, especially in the forum. Thanks for the kind reminder.
