User Capability Issues

Hi, I am having issues with users and their capabilities on my site http://www.tilt.nz
I have the product categories protected by user role to hide my store to the general public and have both Ultimate Member and User Role Editor plugins installed.

I want to create two separate roles – 1. Warehouse (who can read, edit & publish orders, posts and products to fulfil orders and update bin locations on products) and 2. Wholesaler (customers who can see/read the entire site and has access to the protected categories).

I have another E-Commerce site which just uses User Role Editor and it works perfectly. I have exported the user roles and imported them into this site. It was working fine until I assigned a user the Warehouse role.
Now, the issues I’m having are:
• The current imported Wholesaler role glitched(?) out and the title disappeared, leaving it blank. I also now cannot delete that role or revoke the role capability from the users that were assigned it originally. So I have made a new one with the same capabilities, but I would still like to delete the one not in use.
• When logged in as the Warehouse role, I cannot access the front homepage at all; it keeps redirecting me to the account’s profile page.
• The Warehouse role is supposed to be able to edit products and access the backend to see orders – but again, it keeps redirecting to the profile page.

Can you please give me some advice on what to do. I can give admin access so you can reproduce the issues I am having.
