User access/restriction

Is noted! notes restricted to the user that creates them, admins, etc? Can we use URE or something like that to restrict access to notes? 🙂

Thanks for the plugin… I just don’t want to put api keys and such where the customer can get to it in case they cancel – ya know? 🙂
