URL parameters / query string

Hi, I am trying to use WPforms to complete Ask for price process – my idea is that Ask for price button on product details page will open a page with a form. The form should show a.o. product name, which should be read from query string. So I would like to add for this page url referrer – just I dont know how. Do you know, how to achieve this, please?
