If this is a page, you should be able to create a page named ‘Services’ which should produce a slug ‘services’. Then edit your nearshore-outsourcing page and set the parent to the ‘services’ page. That should give you the URL/slug you want.

Hi Satab,
This can be Achieved by Creating Creating a Parent Page named Call Services.
But, in your Case service Page is Empty, So you can edit the permalink of the Page.
Example: Near Shore outsourcing page Permalink is http://www.workonic.com/nearshore-outsourcing/. – Edit this to http://www.workonic.com/services/nearshore-outsourcing/.
I hope this will help.
Create a “Services” category. Then put that page under that category and you can have an URL like that.
