URL based on Navigation

Dear Experts,
I am using wordpress 4.7.2 version. Below is the URL. Now my question is when i click on services->nearshore outsourcing. It’s URL something like this http://www.workonic.com/nearshore-outsourcing/. But it’s under Services Navigation. I need like this http://www.workonic.com/services/nearshore-outsourcing/.
Can anyone explain how to achieve this ?

If this is a page, you should be able to create a page named ‘Services’ which should produce a slug ‘services’. Then edit your nearshore-outsourcing page and set the parent to the ‘services’ page. That should give you the URL/slug you want.
