Over 3 hours no backup made still creating zip archive no update ! Only on hdd a new file whit only 300 kb and on drive a new one also empty!! Does not work !!
Can you try once again using the “Backup Now!” button, and if you see some errors in the debug info window – please post them here, so we investigate for issues?

Afterwards its as if I have never clicked on the backup now button. In my Pcloud account I can see that a folder has been created with the name of the website but inside its empty.
I am using 5.9.3 version of WordPress.

sometimes it seems that the plugin has issue creating the ZIP archive, very soon we will release new version with more debug related to the Zipping process. We expect to behave better than the current version.

Hello @ympker , please, click on the “debug” button, right above the black info window, the content of the window will change, you will see much more lines there. Please, copy all lines in the black window and send them to support@pcloud.com , so we can future investigate the issue.
New Version 1.04 does not work !
Make backup seem but on PCloud still empty!
