Check to make sure you are logged in with an admin account. Also, did you ever have the pro version using the WPMU DEV dashboard plugin? If you are trying to update the pro version and no longer have an account you will not be able to upgrade without logging into the dashboard plugin.
If neither of these solutions fit the situation, could you share the URL so we can take a closer look?

I am logged in with an admin account, but I never had the pro version, I looked it up and it seams the 2.0.4 upgrade is 15$. Did I understand right? Do I have to sin up somewhere? where and how do i pay? will updates from now on be paid and not free?

So I signed up for a free trial but now the two different calendars are not working, although I have assigned two different service providers, and on top of that now when a client makes a reservation it also shows the service provider name, which I don’t want to show. `It was working fine this morning.
