I got my site again thanks to an old backup…I tried many times to update the theme but I got problems with menu and the slider stucked. I also tried, after the uodate, to upload the functions file (that workings fine) in the child theme folder but it didn’t work.

Are you using any plugin if yes, Please deactivate all plugins one by one and check if the issue is resolved. There may be a plugin conflict with the theme. Also, kindly clear your browser cache and check again.

Hi, I tried to deactivated all the plugins and cleared the cache but still not working. Here’s a screenshot after the update. Slider stucked and description of slide visible (It must be hidden), menu moving towards right and as you can see also a little rectangle near the menu.

The screenshot you sent looks different from what we see here. Please tell us, one by one, what specific issues you are experiencing in the slider section (for example: image size, cropping, missing caption ).

Hi, what you see is the site that working well: https://www.lasemetal.roma.it/ but it’s running 3.4.4 .
If I try to update to 3.5.5, I get what you see in the screenshot I sent you, that is:
- Problem with menu ( slightly moved to the right)
- Submenu (Prodotti) stucked
- A little rectangle appears near the menu (empty and clickable)
- Slider stucked
- Descriptions of the slides visible (they must be hidden, only the title must be visible)
By the way I guess the problem could be caused by the prodotti sub-menu but I’m not sure.

Hi, just done what you said but after re-installing webriti companion there are problems with slider as you can see now ( I’m using chrome)

Have you activated all plugins, or only the Webriti Companion plugin?
I suggest keeping only the Webriti Companion plugin activated for now.

Now only webriti is activated, slider is ok but the menu is on the right (I had it in the center, under the logo)
