Update localhost website with Duplicator

Hi, Duplicator works perfectly for me. Thank you for that! However I make changes on my live website everyday and instead of doing the website migration all the time with Duplicator to my localhost, I would like to know if is there a way that I can update only the website database or some files with Duplicator to the localhost. If yes, how can I do that?. I use Xampp for localhost. Many thanks! Joice.
