    Dear Support Team

    When I open the website the first thing that pops up is a large photo of one of the events (poster) then it quickly flicks/flashes to the main page.

    Could you please help?

    This case is related to the cache plugin; you can add a preloader to your website or enable the lazy load feature for your cache plugin.

    I added Lazy Load and Preloader – these methods worked well and the issue is resolved now.
