This is an OLD problem. I went around and around and performed so many different steps about a year ago with support, that I have forgotten what I did or if it even worked. I have a small catalogue that syncs from my WordPress WooCommerce store to Facebook. When I update items I get a sync error.

Unsupported post request. Object with ID ‘5115563365180592’ does not exist, cannot be loaded due to missing permissions, or does not support this operation. Please read the Graph API documentation at https://developers.facebook.com/docs/graph-api

Previously I ended up with duplicate items (although one wasn’t updated). This time my updates are not showing up and the item isn’t showing up in my Facebook Shop catalogue.

I had really hoped this problem would be resolved in upcoming updates as was promised by the support person:

Thank you for your patience – the fix is ready and will be included in the next release of Facebook for WooCommerce. Unfortunately, I do not have a date on which the software will be released yet, as our developers are still working on some issues.

Does anyone have a solution? Other plugins to try?

and it appears you’re still having trouble.

Can you confirm your theme and all plugins on your WordPress installation, including WooCommerce and Facebook for WooCommerce, are up to date?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.

If that did not resolve the issue, please provide any fatal error logs under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
