Unsubscribe form issue!

    Hi!

    I have an issue when a user want to unsubscribe from a list by hitting remove button on manage subscription page. The form is loaded with a popup modal but he can’t submit it because it lays down the semi transparent black screen!

    Would you help me to fix this!
