Hi, I closed some of my sites, they were using “Broken Link Checker”, I don’t remember if this plugin required an account registration to work, I wanted to delete it, how do I do it? Thanks in advance.

  • Hi @userweb

I hope you are doing well today.

If you were using the local version, there is nothing else to do. However, if on your sites you used the Cloud version you will need to email us at contact@wpmudev.com

In your email body use this URL: https://wordpress.org/support/topic/unsubscribe-98/

    Hello @userweb,

    I hope you’re doing well.

I just installed the plugin on the site, how do I know if I was using the local or cloud version?

You can navigate to WordPress Admin Dashboard >> Link Checker >> Cloud >>
    – If the page shows you how to connect to the WPMUDEV HUB, that means you’re using the Local Version. Please refer to: https://wpmudev.com/docs/wpmu-dev-plugins/broken-link-checker/#im-a-new-user

    – You can utilise a Cloud version by signing up for free.

Let us know if you need anything further.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello @userweb

Another way to determine if you are using cloud version is to see if you had an account on WPMUDEV website, if you created an account on our website and connected the site to it, it means you were using the cloud version; otherwise, you were using the local and no further actions are needed.

We can help you check if you share the site URLs. You can email us at contact@wpmudev.com if you are not comfortable sharing the site URLs here.

    Kind Regards
    Amin
