Unknown error when exporting from a subsite

    Hi,

    I am attempting to perform an export from a subsite on a multisite network and receive the following error message: “An unknown error occured”

    The export works on the parent site in the network, but not on subsites.

    Is there anything I can change to help with this?

    That’s strange, it’s working in my multisite test environment. Can you please try using the instructions at https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/#example-wp-config-php-for-debugging to log the error and let us know what you find?

    These are the errors I have found related to the plugin:

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: allow_client_mode in …/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-export/views/admin/export/options/settings.php on line 52

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: cpt in …/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-export/actions/wp_ajax_wpae_filtering.php on line 49

    PHP Notice: Undefined index: client_mode_roles in …/wp-content/plugins/wp-all-export/views/admin/settings/index.php on line 192`

    I’ve noted these down, but they shouldn’t be the reason for the unknown error. Can you please send a support request about this issue to http://www.wpallimport.com/support/? We will have to check it directly on your site to figure out what’s going wrong.
