    Technical error while displaying reset metrics button: Error when creating Redis cache adapter:Cannot find the “redis” extension nor the “predis/predis” package. After server move AND removing plugin.

    And yes I’ve followed all the instructions. Checked for object-cache.php checked htaccess checked mu=plugins checked wp-config etc etc how can I remove error message.

    If you are talking about

    If you already removed the plugin before doing so, you can delete the object-cache.php file in your /wp-content/ directly.

    Already looked it all up and did all that. Even tried to optimize the database.

    I still get the error

    If you deleted the object-cache.php then this error uninstalled Redis Object Cache then this problem is not related to this plugin.

    Post a video of Technical error while displaying reset metrics button.
