Unexpected HTTP_RESPONSE #408

    Hi, with the update to version 2.1 last week, the following Order Notes are appearing regularly:

    Braintree (Credit Card) Payment Failed
    (Unexpected HTTP_RESPONSE #408) Order status changed from Pending Payment to Failed.

    A minute or two later payments appear to go through, and we see the following Order Notes:

    Braintree (Credit Card) Charge Approved: Visa ending in #### (expires 09/21) (Transaction ID #######)

    Do you have any idea what’s causing this behavior? Literally the only thing we’ve changed on our site is to update the Braintree plugin.
