Unexpected error

    I can’t access the “add new plugin” tab. I get “An unexpected error occurred. Something may be wrong with WordPress.org or this server’s configuration.”

    I have disabled all but WP Super Cache in my plugins. My custom css is also not functioning correctly. Is there an issue with WordPress or my host and how can I determine that?

    Following up, it seems the problem was my PHP memory allocation was set to 40MB. Once I upped it to 300MB, the issues seemed to have resolved themselves.
