Hello, it’s local so I am afraid that I cannot pass it.
But I’ve noticed that for example I have WordPress installed on: http://localhost/dashboard/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/image.jpg
Which is a valid path for the image but in Front end the image is being requested from: http://localhost/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/image.jpg
So the folder /dashboard is being ignored. I currently don’t have a free domain to test a clear root install but maybe this helps. I will try next days to do it though to see if it works in the root install.
Thanks for your patience, so it works if WordPress is installed in the root. The image shows up now but it cannot be scrambled and there are no errors in the console: https://prnt.sc/uaghi4

I am not sure why this has been marked as resolved, I’ve seen 2 plugin updates in the meantime but it still doesn’t work for me.
