Hello – I have setup my OAuth app, added all the proper IDs to Gravity Forms, and also imported your starter form. I am trying to setup the Zoom Webinar feed in the form settings. I have entered Webinar ID, but the Registration Fields section is empty, so I cannot map the fields or save the feed. Can you advise what I am doing wrong? Here is a screenshot of the settings page.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.

Good morning, @egcdev. I see the issue on your screenshot (thank you for providing it). That shouldn’t be happening. I’ll see if I can replicate the issue on my end and get back to you.

@egcdev, I am unable to replicate the issue. Can you tell me if the fields are there before you tried saving or if they disappeared after trying to save?

I’m wondering if there is a conflicting plugin. Have you tried deactivating your other plugins (besides GF of course) to see if the issue persists? I would start with any other GF add-ons you have if any. If it is a plugin conflict issue, I could potentially see about solving the conflict.

Are you able to chat on Discord by chance? If so, join me here: https://discord.gg/3HnzNEJVnR. Otherwise, we can continue here. I just don’t usually get notified right away on here so figuring it out may take longer.

This specific issue was the result of “No Conflict Mode” being enabled in the Gravity Forms settings. OP figured it out and informed me on Discord. Marking resolved…
