Unable to install plugin

I’ve tried to install the plugin on a localhost, but the following error prevents the plugin from working:
“The system cannot find the file specified. (code: 2) in C:\wamp\www\claims\wp-content\plugins\upi-crm-universal-crm-solution\classes\privacy_class.php on line 30”

The privacy_class.php file is located in the directory.

I’ve downloaded the zip file, and manually uploaded the file to the plugins directory as well.
