Unable to enter settings

I downloaded a plugin that is under construction, but I want to put a page that I created, and on the page that is supposed to have access to the settings, I can’t log in because there is an advertisement that I can’t close.

Thank you very much for the response, attached is a screenshot. There are ads that block the settings page. We actually want the page displayed under Construction to be a specific page that we created. We don’t know yet if this is possible.
