Unable to add new user

    Hey everyone,

    i have a multisite setup and i enabled site administrator to add new user in their own website. however, it seems it won’t add new user only existing ones. When i try to add new user nothing happens. what could be the problem?

    Not sure what you meant by ‘enabled site administrator to add new user in their own website’ – could you please elaborate?

    I mean on the Network settings, I enabled/checked the “Allow site administrators to add new users to their site via the “Users ? Add New” page.”

    but it seems it’s not working. Nothing happens when I try to add new user.
    ( I’m adding as Administrator by the way )
