Tweets only displaying once

I have gone through and done all of setup correctly. When I save my settings, I see the tweets appear in the sidecolumn of my site which is great. Then, when I refresh the page, the tweets are no longer there. If I go back in and click “SAVE” again in the settings, they will appear once again, but then disappear once I refresh just as before. Has anyone else had this issue or know a workaround?
I have tried using the php embed coding to put it directly into the sidecolumn as well as adding it as a widget. All produce the same results
