trash icon missing

Hello,

we are facing the problem that create the same invoices for 2 orders when the 2 orders have been made in the same time. Now, we have 2 orders with the same invoice. We know that this issue result from a slow server.
I would delete or unlink the invoice from the second order and generate a new invoice for this order. But the trash icon is missing in the order details page. I have a pdf section but no trash icon.
I found some topics about that on this forum but it don’t help,
