We haven’t added the support of the WPML for email translation.
Right now, the plugin sends the emails in the same language that you have added to the email editor.

so that means I wont be able to send emails in different language?
is there any other method to translate the emails?
I have 6 languages on my site, if i can’t have email templates id different languages I can’t use the plugin…
I’m a developer, so i wanted to ask if there is any programming work around i can try here and might be a solution to all other users.

You can use the plugin webhook feature through which you can integrate any email marketing system with the plugin and send the email using your email system.
Plugin webhook triggers & send the required data when any cart is abandoned or recovered.
