Transitional background color

Hello and thank you for helping me, I have done a site using the Neve theme and when i started it i had a choice for the background color and I chose 2 primary colors using transitional effect and now the color is only in my sections but not on each side there is only white space when it bleneded so nicely before I have searched your forum and not found this specific problem a solution would be great thank you.
