    I am a paid member with a Single Use license and have not received a reply from support after sending 2 emails which is why I am posting here.

    I also have a Tracking addon which is not logging impressions despite it being activated last week. Help appreciated

    Help is on the way. I am so sorry the open requests in your message about a solved problem don’t receive an answer in time.

    My colleague and I took the time to thoroughly review your request together, and you should have received a response by now.

    As the tracking add-on is a chargeable product, further communication on this subject will be by support email. Thanks for your patience and understanding.
