Tooltips didnt work

Hello,

I have a problem with tooltips.
At start there was a problem with running this plugin. but I fixed it with:

wp_enqueue_script("jquery-ui-dialog");

Right now I got info about what I put into tooltip section, but CSS didn’t affect it. No matter where I put it (oryginal css file of this plugin or my css file that is main for my website) this didn’t work. I got standard looking info as title 🙁
