    Hi there,

    I use Postie to publish posts in a Custom Post Type called “email”. I know Postie creates a tmp post to handle attachments, but I think the tmp posts should disappear, right?

    In my case, Postie creates tmp posts in “Post” Type, what looks strange, as I’m posting to “email” Type, and now I have like thousands of tmp posts im my trash.

    What could be wrong?

    I think this is just how WordPress deals with changing post types. A regular post is created to attach media to. Then later when the post type is discovered Postie updates the post.
