Timezone in WordPress’s Settings

Hello there,

CF7 is always simple and quick to use. I’ve added it on over 10 WP sites without trouble.

However, I got a request to include the field [_date] and [_time] in the CF7’s email subject. I found the the displayed date and time are respecting to UTC +0 timezone, no matter I’ve set the WP’s timezone setting to any cities or specific UTC+/-X hours.

Is it a normal behavior of CF7 [_date] [_time] tags that they respect to UTC+0 only?
