timezone confusion

    What timezone is recorded in the unix timestamp in the wp_wfHits table? I am confused about when attacks and increased traffic is happening, and trying to sync Amazon CloudWatch data with WordFence Live Traffic data.

    If I understand correctly, the live traffic reports as displayed to me on the Live Traffic page of the plugin (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=WordfenceTools&subpage=livetraffic), are showing me the data in my local timezone. But is it stored as UTC in the database?

    Hi @laurasuzy!

    That is correct. The Live Traffic log stored in wfHits has timestamps in UTC/GMT. When you view Live Traffic, the time is converted to your local time.
