    Hi,

Is it possible to show a timestamp for the list with live updates?

It’s kind off a must have and strange it’s not in there (or I’m not looking good).

    Cheers,
    nathan

Are you referring to the list as a whole, or for each item? Here’s a quick video showing how to add a timestamp to each item: https://www.loom.com/share/d9a3e3ba356649e79b7152e4aea9d2a0?sid=a131c853-66ca-44bc-8a13-cf1c6549a09f

I would suggest creating a Layout Template if you want to use the same layout multiple times. You can also set it as the default layout for default item types on your Ditty > Settings > Layout Defaults.

Hi Jos, that’s exactly what I needed!

    Thanks for the fast reply.

One more question: is it possible to create one Ditty and show it in two different views?
One view is a list through shortcode on a page and the other is a ticker which will be on the whole website.

I’ve created two different Ditties which do exactly that, but I want my client to be able to just having to add an item to one Ditty instead of having to add them to two different ones.

    Hi Joe,

Any update on my last question?

    Hi,

Nevermind that last question. It’s not needed anymore.

@natedanielz, sorry about that. I though for sure I had responded to your last question. I know I wrote a whole response out but must have never submitted it.

But, quickly, yes you can use the same Ditty with different displays. You just need to create a display template for each display you want to use, then in the shortcode add: display=33 (the 33 would be the post id of the display template you want to use).
