    We use Event Tickets with YOCO gateway – When a non payment is received from YOCO it CORRECTLY cancels the woocommerce order – BUT Event Tickets STILL issues the tickets !!!!!!!!!!! YES i have checked the suggested below

    If WooCommerce is generating tickets for orders that have been cancelled, it may be due to the way the order statuses are configured in your Event Tickets Plus settings. By default, tickets are typically generated when an order is marked as Completed or sometimes Processing. However, if the settings are not properly configured, it could lead to tickets being generated even for cancelled orders.Steps to Check and Adjust Settings:

    1. Log in to your WordPress Admin Dashboard.
    2. Navigate to Tickets > Settings > Integrations.
    3. Look for the section that specifies which order statuses trigger ticket generation.
    4. Ensure that only the appropriate statuses (like Completed) are selected for generating tickets.
    5. Save any changes you make.

    Additional Considerations:

    • If you want to prevent tickets from being generated for cancelled orders, ensure that Cancelled is not included in the list of statuses that trigger ticket creation.
    • You may also want to review your WooCommerce settings to ensure that the order statuses are being managed correctly
