I’ve connected an Instagram business account but the feed shows the message “Thumbnails not available”. I’ve followed the troubleshooting steps on the page below, but there is still no images being displayed.

I don’t see any browser console errors. I’ve deactivated the Lightspeed cache plugin and deactivated Lightspeed cache from the hosting control panel. I’ve cleared the Spotlight cache and updated the feed posts. I’ve cleared Elementor cache. Nothing seems to resolve the issue. Can you provide any further guidance? Thanks for your time!

    Hi @loganstrike

Could you please try the steps below and see if it resolve the issue?

    1. Update the plugin to the latest version (v1.7.2) if you haven’t done so already.
    2. After updating the plugin, reconnect your Instagram account using the new connection methods. You can choose to connect either via Instagram or Facebook, depending on your preference.
    3. Once connected with the new method (Basic (IG) or Advanced (FB)), the final step is to delete any Personal or Business accounts that were previously connected to your website. To delete it, log in to your website (wp-admin), then navigate to Instagram Feeds > Settings > Accounts. Find the connected Personal or Business accounts and click “Delete” to remove them.
    4. After that, please try clearing the Spotlight cache and updating the post again. This can help ensure everything refreshes properly with the updated account connections.

I hope this helps! Please let me know how it goes.
