While testing this plug in I signed up using an email I have. After I flipped my Status to Active I was able to enter the restricted area. Then I deleted the account from the members area as well as the Payments area. Then I went back and tried to join with that same email and I get the error This e-mail is already registered. I can see this as important if a customer leaves or not renew for a year and we remove them from the system but their Email stays?

    Hi @railroadguy,

This is because from the PMS -> Members page, you only delete the subscription plan associated with that WordPress user account (you do not delete their WordPress account from there).

If you only delete their PMS subscription plan from their account (as you said you did), then that user can still go to the page where you have the PMS Registration form, and purchase a new subscription plan from there, but this time the Registration form will look different for them (since the user is already logged in to the site). You can see here an example of how the PMS Registration form will look in this case.

Note: In case after you delete the PMS Membership from their account (PMS -> Members page) you also want to delete that WordPress User from your site, then you need to go to your site’s Dashboard -> Users -> All Users -> and delete that user from there.

    Best regards,

OK, that makes sense. Thank you!
