    is there anyway of accessing the stats for when people tick this article was helpful so can report on it.

    only way i can see if viewing each article to see how many times its been ticked which is not idea as we grow the site.

    If this cant be done is there any plugin that can do this or do simlar job and provide the stats

    try using google analytic it will show you just about anything you want to know about your sites traffic.

    Thanks Mrtom44 we already have google analytics so can see which pages are been viewed but we also want to get the stats for when some clicks the article was useful to track if its been used.

    If not possible is there any plugins that can add did you find this article useful and show stats as google doesnt unless am missing something

    Necsd, I’ve not implemented it, but you could consider Google Tag Manager (GTM). It can be used to track button clicks and key functionality.

    There should be some plugins that you can install on here, that can help with this.
