I am using a plugin called Accordion Shortcodes to insert information into the events. This works fine in the events single page but the events archive page, past events, future events, only display the ‘read more’ link. The shortcodes from the Accordion Shortcodes plugin are not being parsed. Is there a way to get around this issue?

Another issue that I have noticed is that the ‘read more’ is linking back to the archive page rather than the single event page, is this normal?

    Hey @sd1,

Thanks for using The Events Calendar, I’m happy to help. In order to help, I need a couple things from you:

-Please test for conflicts by following this documentation & let me know what you find
-Can you send me a link so I can see this firsthand?

    Thanks!
    Shelby 🙂

    Hi Shelby

Thanks for your offer to help.

I think the problem lies with the theme, Genesis Framework.

Is it possible to PM you the live link? I don’t see a way to PM you on your profile.

    Hi @sd1,

If you are a part of the make.wordpress.org Slack channel, you can send your link that way. 🙂

    Best,

    Shelby
