We would like to clarify a few important points for accuracy. Plugin authors do not have the ability to delete or remove posts in the WordPress.org support forums. Only WordPress.org forum moderators or staff can edit or remove posts when they violate the official forum guidelines.

Regarding the security concern you mentioned, the vulnerability was already addressed in the existing 2.9.2 patch release. Security reports are taken very seriously, and we follow responsible disclosure and verification practices before issuing fixes to ensure the solution is correct and does not introduce additional issues for the many sites relying on the plugin.
