    Hi, did you checked to make sure there is no duplicate entry in the csv file you are using to update the database?

    Yes, I did checked about duplicate entry and there is none.
    i am also using ‘Disable Auto-increment’ feature of the plugin even though it’s not working

    However the plugin is saying the following.
    * A duplicate entry was found in the database for a .csv file entry.

    Have you tried importing one entry to a database tale for testing purposes?

    Hi thank you for the advise. I tried with single entry and it successfully inserted the data.

    While trying this i turned on we_Debug and it’s showing below error when i try to import multiple record in .csv file.

    Any solutions are there?
